"Whenever I am given the opportunity to work with someone, I see it as an immense honor; full of sacred findings and assisting someone rediscovering pieces to a narrative that is theirs. I believe healing happens in the context of safe connection with others; one of those contexts being found within a therapist's office. Starting therapy can feel nerve-wracking to begin with many questions and hesitations. Together, we can collaborate on what is most meaningful to your healing and integration of self and others. I encourage you to lean in and be as open as possible throughout the process of exploring your story. I look forward to meeting you and experiencing the great privilege of journeying alongside you."
