Elizabeth is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their journeys toward healing, connection, and personal growth. Her own transformative experience—finding therapeutic support in marriage and parenting 4 children—drew her to this work. Elizabeth is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can fully explore their stories, uncover new strengths, and experience meaningful, lasting change. Her approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a genuine desire to see others thrive.
Currently completing the internship phase of her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University, Elizabeth joins New Story Behavioral Health as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee (QMHP-T). With over two decades of experience navigating the challenges and rewards of marriage and family life, she is eager to apply her skills in a clinical setting.
Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in politics from Washington & Lee University.
