Becca has clinical experience serving clients with a wide range of spiritual and mental health needs. She has served clients of all ages to include teens and has worked extensively with military and first responder families. Becca also enjoys enriching marriage and family communication by utilizing the Gallup StrengthsFinder Assessment.

“Life is uncertain, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.  Sometimes we’re thrown off by its unexpectedness or weighed down as everyday stressors pile up.  It’s no surprise we feel stuck or out of control, bogged down by heavy thoughts and in need of a new direction.  We don’t need to try harder, but we can learn to “try different.”   As a military spouse, and former high school teacher, Becca is familiar with life’s unpredictability and understands firsthand what it is to sit in its complexity."
