“Life is uncertain, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Sometimes we’re thrown off by its unexpectedness or weighed down as everyday stressors pile up. It’s no surprise we feel stuck or out of control, bogged down by heavy thoughts and in need of a new direction. We don’t need to try harder, but we can learn to “try different.” As a military spouse, and former high school teacher, Becca is familiar with life’s unpredictability and understands firsthand what it is to sit in its complexity."
